To our valued clients,

We just want to make sure that you know we are open for business and still actively pursuing the goal of exceeding your expectation. We have abbreviated our facility hours of operation, but please understand we are working remotely around the clock to field all parts, service and sales requests. Please note, our showroom availability is by appointment only. This change was made in an effort to best follow guidelines set forth by Maryland Governor Larry Hogan in response to COVID-19. As well, we are taking our own necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our employees and clients.

• Our client use facilities are outfitted with 10 touchless hand sanitizer dispensers
• We have 2 Anti-bacterial wipe stations, 1 in the service lounge and 1 in the showroom
• Employees are being required to wear gloves at all times, gloves are available for in showroom clients at their request
• Showroom and Service department seating has been readjusted to provide responsible distancing
• The service department will be disinfecting all vehicles brought in for service and offering all clients the option to have disinfected when their vehicle service is complete
• Please note in an effort to maximize safety to our employee's complimentary car wash and vacuum services will be suspended until further notice
• All showroom display vehicles are currently locked
• Showroom sales visits are limited to appointment only status to ensure a maximum of 3 clients at a time
• Finance office has been relocated to a larger conference room to ensure maximum distance during an in-showroom sales transaction
• Introduction of our Sheehy Direct buying process, also known as Luxury on Demand
• All sales associates have been provided gloves and mask for vehicle deliveries, test drives, and deal processing
• We have sourced several shipping companies to help facilitate nationwide shipping for our New and Preowned Inventory transactions, we can accommodate sales in the mainland 48
